🖤 Where do you ship to?
- The Euphoria Lounge ships only within the U.S. at this time. I am working diligently to introduce international shipping in the near future.
🖤 If I place multiple orders, do you combine orders/shipping?
We are open to considering requests to combine orders, provided the package(s) have not yet been packed or shipped. It also depends on the order volume at the time. However, please note that certain products, which are made to order in collaboration with our production partner, cannot be combined. These items are dispatched from a separate facility.

Please provide your Name, Email, Order Numbers, and your request, and I will be more than happy to assist you. In some cases, partial refunds for shipping costs might be possible based on the total weight of the package.
🖤 What is a made-to-order product?
- Certain items in the store are designated as "made-to-order." This indicates that they are created specifically for you after your order is received. These products are produced in collaboration with a local print shop and are shipped from a separate facility not directly affiliated with The Euphoria Lounge.
🖤 If I have Wrong Item/Missing/Defective Products, who do I contact?
- If there was issues with your order, please contact me at contact.euphorialounge@gmail.com and send a picture of your item(s) so that I can further assist you and find a resolution.
🖤 What is your cancellation or refund policy?
- If the order is not shipped yet, you can contact me at contact.euphorialounge@gmail.com to request to have your order cancelled. A cancellation or refund is not guaranteed, but can be requested.
